Thought Leaders Who Serve
…is the theme I was focused on when I asked Trust Marketing Expert, Kristen Beireis, to be one of my Amazing Super Friends.
It’s because marketing isn’t something that comes naturally to us as coaches and I knew she’d found the perfect formula. Even though finding the right strategy that we can stick to in order to grow our businesses can be challenging, it’s not impossible.
So, how did my Amazing Super Friend, Kristen Beireis, use “service” as a marketing strategy that led to her becoming International Coach Federation (ICF) – Coach of the Year for Ohio Valley?
First, she shifted her mindset about marketing to service. Then, she began looking for opportunities to serve rather than sell or market. The approach aligned closely with her values so it was easy to make happen.
After she made the shift, Kristen found herself serving within her local International Coach Federation (ICF) Chapter. She quickly became a leader and today, she’s preparing to speak from the stage at the next ICF-Midwest Conference in June.
Can you say, “mindset is everything!” Download and listen to the full interview
Yes! Mindset is EVERYTHING!! If your mindset is off, everything else goes with it. If you are service-oriented, then use it to be of service in everything you do in your business. That mindset will pay off. Thanks for sharing this story WendyY and for bringing these issues to the coaching community. You rock!
You make it sound so easy, Kristen! Thankfully, we all have an opportunity to discover what aligns with our values after we first align our mindset. 🙂
