As a former Human Resource Director for the fifth largest crisis center in Texas and coach she has worked with executive directors, managers, supervisors and new entrepreneurs to develop their interpersonal and presentation skills. She is a sought-after speaker delivering high content keynotes, plenary and break-out sessions; and webinars on managing emotions, working with difficult people, managing generations and creating culturally competent workspaces to meet the needs of clients meeting bottom line results.
She is also an advocate for preventing domestic and sexual violence and has trained over 5,000 law enforcement officers, managers and executives on identifying and addressing the issues in the workplace. She was recently featured on the Oprah Winfrey Network in the reality production The Book of John Gray; sharing the importance of resiliency and learning to rewrite the script after a traumatic event in your life.
